Fayum Gas Co. (FGC) is a local Natural Gas distribution company that was established in 2001. In March 2007, Egypt Kuwait Holding and Shell Gas BV made a sell down agreement in favor of Egypt Kuwait Holding Company who now owns 78% of its shares.

At the core of FGC’s success is a team of over 279 highly skilled professionals and technicians collaborating according to well-tested project management processes to serve 4 CNG stations, 25 industrial firms, 720 commercial clients and 90,000 domestic customers. As a trusted natural gas provider, FGC distributes around 140 million Cubic Meters of Natural Gas annually.
